Just want to set the heart of any nervous parents at ease. We are here, and everyone is doing great so far. We got in fairly close to on time last night, after a little vehicle hiccup with one of the trucks.
Though the border patrol made us unload the bus and walk across the border, the whole process was fairly quick and pain-free. Once we got here we set up camp and had a worship service under the stars with a campfire. It was a great time. This morning there is already a group playing soccer with some locals (don't worry, we've got staff there too, and it's inside a gated soccer park), while the rest of the team slowly wakes up.
We have a full day of ministry planned, so please pray for sustained health for the team, safety, and fruitful ministry today. Everyone is excited and ready to go.
